This morning we’re with Chef Daniel Galmiche in his country kitchen to announce our new partnership and to introduce him as Four Seasons Fruiterers new ambassador.
Working in Michelin Star establishments around the world from the highly acclaimed Le Gavroche under the tutelage of Michel Roux, to restaurant Schillinger in Colmar, and a spell in three star Marc Meneau in Veselay, Daniel’s experience is second to none.

As part of his new role we’ll be spending some time in his beautiful country kitchen and on location throughout the region as he shares his wealth of knowledge and expertise on some of the stunning ingredients and produce that we offer.
We are also launching a series of videos called ‘Cooking with Chef Galmiche’.
These videos will show you first-hand some of the show-stopping dishes you can create as we move through the seasons.
