As with our fresh produce, we handpick all of our dry goods suppliers.
In fact, we source as much as possible from the local area and from UK manufacturers.
This not only helps reduce our food mileage and carbon footprint but also helps support local farmers, producers, distributors and many others, whilst keeping the monies within the local economy.
Where we need to look further afield, for example where a product is more specialist to a region or country. Or, when a product is far superior from its original source. We always source responsibly and we only buy from renewable sources.
We receive daily deliveries for most of our stocked items as well as regular deliveries from both the Milan and French markets.
In fact, we can source almost any item on request!
