Our staff are the beating heart of our business. We strive to protect the wellbeing and rights of all the staff who work for Four Seasons, and this also includes our supply chain and the communities we serve here in the UK and the rest of the world.
Modern slavery is a crime of fundamental human rights. It takes all forms such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of personal liberty by others in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.
Here at Four Seasons we have a zero tolerance approach to slavery and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings . We do this by implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business, or in the supply chain of our suppliers.
We are also committed to ensuring full transparency in our business and our suppliers, in tackling slavery consistent with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We also expect theses very high standards from all our suppliers and contractors and other business partners we deal with.
Our policy, which can be obtained from our Health & Safety manager, applies to all persons working for us, or on our behalf. This is all staff members at all levels of the business, including all external contractors.
Any contractors or staff breaches to the policy will be subject to disciplinary procedure, and any suppliers found to be breaching the policy, will lead to Four Seasons terminating the relationship with the supplier.
