Charcuterie

Our stock of charcuterie is hand-made using whole, rare breed, mature pigs. Four Season’s current range comprises of cured meats & salami, including the following:

  • Air Dried Smoked Belly
  • Air Dried Smoke Ham
  • Cured Cheek
  • Smoke Tenderloin
  • Spiced Loin
  • Four Peppercorn Collar

From further afield and due to our Italian heritage, we also source a number of Italian meats.

Whilst we don’t hold a large stock, we can source most products so please ask if there is something, in particular, you would like.

We do, however, have the following items in stock most of the time;

  • Italian salami – logs, whole or sliced
  • Serrano ham
  • Chorizo
  • Pepperoni
  • Bresaola
  • Parma ham
  • Prosciutto

For items not held in stock, please allow 5 days for delivery.
