Peppery and crunchy, our new season English bunched radish is here and ready to adorn plates and salad bowls.
Use them raw to add a punchy, peppery flavour to salads – they’re also delicious with a little butter and dipped into salt! Or, try them roasted as a side dish… so sweet and tender!
Top tip: To increase the crispness of radish, soak them in iced water for a couple of hours. And don’t throw the tops away – use them in salads or cooked like other greens.
