Working in Michelin Star establishments around the world from the highly acclaimed Le Gavroche under the tutelage of Michel Roux, to restaurant Schillinger in Colmar, and a spell in three star Marc Meneau in Veselay, Daniel’s experience is second to none.
In Scotland Daniel was awarded Master Chef of the Year, gaining a Michelin star whilst working at Knockinaam Lodge.
Daniel is one of our Ambassadors, and had this to say about Four Seasons Fruiterers.
