Marco Pierre White

Marco Pierre White is an acclaimed chef, restaurateur and TV personality and has restaurants across the UK under different brands.

At 24, he became Head Chef and joint owner of Harveys with a kitchen staff that included the young Gordon Ramsay.

He became the first British chef to be awarded three Michelin stars and has trained notable chefs such as Mario Batali, Heston Blumenthal, Shannon Bennett, Gordon Ramsay, Curtis Stone, Phil Howard and Stephen Terry.

Marco on Four Seasons:

“I use Four Seasons for my fruit and veg, why, because they’re the best.

Over the years, I’ve used many suppliers, but in the end they always let me down. They find the simplest of produce, difficult to deliver well.

Franco and Four Seasons is rare.”
