Look no further than Chef Galmiche’s spiced summer fruits on French sourdough toast! Using a combination of English plums, blueberries, and nectarines, this dish is bursting with flavour and perfect for any occasion.

Want to take it up a notch? Add some Drambuie or whiskey to the mix for an extra kick. Add 4 tbsp when cooking the fruit, set alight for a few seconds before lowering the heat and cooking for a couple of minutes.
