Why have you launched the new app, website and web store?
You told us you were not happy with our current online ordering system. We listened and invested in updated technology to make ordering simpler and quicker.
Where can I access the new app and web store?
The web store can be accessed through any mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop. There are two app versions, one for iPhone and iPad and one for Android devices.
My phone doesn’t run on iOS or Android.
You will need to access the web store instead of using an app.
What do existing customers and chefs need to do?
Currently, nothing. Our website will be at the same address – fsfruit.co.uk, and you will continue to access the existing web shop. Carry on ordering in the same way for now. When it is your time to migrate to the new system, you will be contacted by your Business Development Manager, who will guide you through the process.
I am an existing customer. How do I transfer my details from the web shop to the new systems?

Yes absolutely. Our customer service team are here to help as normal.

All new accounts, or returning accounts, opened from Tuesday, 15 July 2026, will use the new web store and app. To set up a new account, please complete our account request form.
When will the new app be available to download?
The app can be downloaded at any time. However, only new customers can use it to order.
What are the features/benefits of the app/web store?
Our new system works on any phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. It lets you browse products and place orders in just a few clicks. You will be able to view all your previous orders in one place. Plus, you will see your list of favourite and frequently ordered items, personalised product recommendations and exclusive discounts.
