
Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to visit New College Swindon, where our esteemed Ambassador Marco Pierre White joined us for a very special occasion. The day was filled with excitement as Marco interacted with the talented year 3 catering students during their annual cooking competition.
As the students eagerly prepared their dishes, the atmosphere was a mix of nerves and anticipation. Marco, famed for his culinary expertise and mentorship, sampled their creations while providing personal insights and guidance to each student. His presence instantly elevated the competition. Consequently, providing these young chefs with a once-in-a-lifetime experience they will cherish forever.

Marco was genuinely impressed by the overall standard of the dishes presented. He encouraged the students to embrace simplicity in their cooking, highlighting the importance of letting the ingredients shine through every plate.
One student captured the essence of the day perfectly when they said, “Whatever happens in my career now, I can always say that Marco Pierre White has tasted my food!”
The flavour and presentation of their dishes showcased how hard they had worked. It also showcased the skills they have developed throughout their time at New College Swindon.
