This Thursday evening, New College, Swindon, held its annual Apprentice of the Year Awards. As the supplier to The New College Training Restaurant, it was only fitting that Four Seasons Fruiterers sponsored the evening and provided fruits, vegetables, and dry goods, allowing the students to create a three-course meal for 120 guests.
Our directors, Franco Ventriglia and Nic Ventriglia, joined the nominees on the evening to celebrate their achievements.
Franco said, “It is always a pleasure to help students get the best possible start in the industry and watching new talent develop into the next Exec Chefs.”
