Marco Pierre White is an acclaimed chef, restaurateur and TV personality, with restaurants across the UK under different brands.

At 24, he became Head Chef and joint owner of Harveys with a kitchen staff that included the young Gordon Ramsay.

He became the first British chef to be awarded three Michelin stars and has trained notable chefs such as Mario Batali, Heston Blumenthal, Shannon Bennett, Gordon Ramsay, Curtis Stone, Phil Howard and Stephen Terry.
