Symplicity Foods specialise in helping chefs reduce their reliance on meat.
They supply a range of products, such as plant-based burgers, meatballs, mince and sauces. Their range is made using fermented vegetables, miso and high-quality food waste to make healthy, natural products that taste incredible.
Founded in 2019 by renowned chef and trained butcher, Neil Rankin, symplicity is now a UK-wide supplier to the restaurant and catering industry, supplying some of the top restaurants and Michelin-starred chefs.
“As a chef I believe in flavour first. I believe the answer is and always has been growing all around us. We already have great tasting vegetables, packed with nutrients, so why look elsewhere? if we can’t grow it and cook it ourselves, I don’t want to eat it, so I don’t want to make it.”
Neil Rankin.
Co-founder.
As a continuous new product development company with a zero-waste production ethos, they are constantly creating new and distinctive products and we’re proud to be stocking five products in their range.
