Our friends at The Food Heroes have just sent us this video to explain some of the issues facing the current stored potato crops.

Due to the inclement weather last season, the stored crops have been affected with higher than average defects than normal.

They also share some views on how we can all work together to get ourselves through the remainder of the storage season until the new crops are ready.
