This week’s ‘Product of the Week’ is our range of micro herbs and greens, inspired leaves and edible flowers.

Grown locally in the Vale of Evesham, they use innovative and environmentally-friendly growing methods which allow them to grow all year round.

Micro herbs and microgreens have higher concentrations of nutrients than their adult counterparts and in terms of flavour, most micro herbs have slightly more flavour than older herbs.

They are incredibly versatile, though, and can be used in various ways – as a garnish, in a salad or as a topping for wraps, burgers, pizza, sushi and much, much more.
