Extra Virgin Lemon Infused Olive Oil – Zesty lemons infused with olive oil to produce a characteristically unique, integrated and complex flavour.
Extra Virgin Basil Infused Olive Oil – Basil flavours suffused through the oil for a whole month.
Extra Virgin Garlic Infused Olive Oil – Smooth, mellow garlic flavours suffused through the oil for a whole month.
Extra Virgin Chilli Infused Olive Oil – a powerful alliance of fruity notes and heat.
Olive and Fig Leaf Olive Oil – Grass undertones are quickly followed by a peppery sharpness before settling with green fig and almond notes.
Tahini – Made on Mount Gerazim, near a little town called Nablus, which is the original home of Tahini, the sesame seeds are peeled and double-milled for an incredibly fine finish.
Use to create hummus and dressings or use in dips and yoghurts.
Balsamic Vinegar – Sticky, sweet and beloved by Michelin star chefs.
Chermoula Paste – Fresh coriander and hand-picked parsley, blended with other traditional Mediterranean ingredients for a warm, intense flavour with a hint of citrus.
Chilli Snack Mix – This mix is the perfect balance of salty, spicy and sweet with crunchy corn and hot wasabi peas.
Dry Roasted Peanuts – Lightly seasoned, dry roasted peanuts.

Preserved Beldi Lemons
Small, fine-skinned, preserved lemons with a beautiful fragrance and a salty and lightly acidic taste to bring an intense lemon flavour to a wide variety of dishes.
Try finely slicing and adding to a grain or rice salad, chop with chilli and garlic as a dressing or even use to stuff a roast chicken.
Balsamic Onions – Borettane onions preserved in Balsamic vinegar for a beautiful blend of sweetness and acidity.
The Borettane is a mild, sweet Italian pearl onion that is flat, almost
saucer-like in shape.
Serve sliced in salads or as a
show-stopping antipasto.
