Grown locally in the Vale of Evesham using innovative and environmentally-friendly growing methods means these are British-grown all year round.
Micro herbs and microgreens have higher concentrations of nutrients than their adult counterparts and in terms of flavour, most micro herbs have slightly more flavour than older herbs.
They are incredibly versatile, though, and can be used in various ways – as a garnish, in a salad or as a topping for wraps, burgers, pizza, sushi and much, much more.
Due to the extensive range of micro herbs and greens that are available, we can’t stock everything – we do, however, hold a stock of the following;
Sorrel red vein, amaranth red, coriander, garlic chives, lemon balm, rocket, basil green, parsley, fennel, mint, lemon verbena, mustard red frills, celery, thyme, nasturtium leaves ‘Blue Pepe’, shiso leaves green (Perilla), borage blue edible flowers
If the product you require isn’t listed, don’t panic, we can still source it – please order by 10am the day before delivery.
