Created for chefs, and all made using locally sourced ingredients, these products have been developed from the chef’s perspective in order to save them time and to help them develop their skill set in the kitchen.

The Range

Brussels Pâté:

A premium quality pate made with pigs liver, butter herbs and spices.

Chicken Liver Pâté:

A premium quality parfait of chicken livers with butter, herbs and port.

Duck & Orange Pâté:

A premium quality parfait of duck livers with orange, butter, herbs and port.

Duck & Port Pâté:

A premium quality parfait of duck livers combined with butter, herbs and port.

Game & Prune Terrine:

A terrine with venison, pheasant and wild boar with a sweet touch of prunes, wrapped in our smoky pancetta. Great Taste Award Winner 2021.

Ham Hock Terrine:

Cured ham formed into a coarse terrine with a touch of orange.

Confit Duck Legs:

Duck legs marinated and very slowly cooked in duck fat to capture that wonderful flavour. Great Taste Award Winner 2019
