Today we had the great pleasure to spend the day with Michelin Starred chef, Daniel Galmiche who came in to sample some of the stunning French, Italian and British seasonal produce on offer for our catering customers.

It’s always a joy to meet people who are equally as enthusiastic and passionate about produce and ingredients as we are… and Daniel has these in spades!
