Your role will be divided between helping our busy accounts department in processing invoices, reconciling and matching suppliers’ invoices and notes and opening new accounts.
You will also be responsible for dealing with customer queries and taking orders so you will need to be confident in dealing with customers over the phone and via e-mail. You will naturally thrive under pressure as it can be quite busy and hectic at times and you’ll already have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Product knowledge is not essential as you will receive comprehensive training and have the full support of your colleagues.
The ideal person will have a working knowledge of the most common IT programmes and be technically adept to work in a busy customer service environment.

Hours
- Permanent, 8 hours per day between 8.30 and 5.30pm
- One Saturday in four: 8.30am-11am
Requirements/Experience
- At least 1 year of previous customer service experience – required
- Knowledge of produce and general ingredients – preferred
- IT literate with good PC skills – required
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Remuneration
£11.80 per hour
